Delivery Policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 7-15 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made. Risk of loss and title for the products shall pass to Buyer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided. Any re-delivery or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address provided by Buyer shall be borne by Buyer.
For customized or personalized products, additional processing time may be required before shipment. The estimated processing time is seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days, excluding delivery time.
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Diverse Integrated Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier service providers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM300 and above.
