
Frame It's 1st Pop-up Store: Moments That Matter at IOI Mall Puchong
Do you have a photo on your phone that you’ll never want to delete?
Do you have a photo that makes you laugh every time you look at it?
Those are the photos that deserve more than just a spot in your gallery. They deserve a place in your everyday life, on your wall, on your desk, beside you. That’s what Frame It is all about: bringing your memories out of the screen and into your world.
Taking the First Step
From September 10–15, 2025, Frame It held our very first pop-up store at IOI Mall Puchong.
It wasn’t just a booth. It was our first time stepping into the market, meeting people face-to-face, and discovering how customers respond to our vision: that framed memories can enrich daily life.
We wanted to create more than a sales space. Our goal was to design an experience, a small journey through what memories mean.
Inside the Pop-Up Store
We built different corners to help people feel the power of framing:
- On Site Framing Bar: By printing photos on the spot, and you can choose the best frame for your photo right away.
- Children’s Corner: A place for parents to imagine how their kids’ precious moments could be preserved, with playful and colorful frames.
- Living Room Corner: A cozy setup showing how frames can transform a home, turning walls into stories.
We even set up a Giant Frame for visitors to step inside and take photos. It wasn’t just about frames; it was about creating fun, shareable moments.
Real Stories, Real Reactions
The best part? The people.
Some families came just to print a quick photo, but ended up leaving with lots of framed memories. One young lady told us: “I’ve wanted to print out this for a long time, finally I printed it and got the best frame for it!” (She bought a golden color frame which suits her wedding photo well!)
For us as a team, it was a mix of emotions. We were nervous, we stayed up late preparing, and at times it felt overwhelming. But when we saw people’s faces light up as they held their framed photos, we knew why we started this journey.
What We Learned
This pop-up store wasn’t just about sales. It was about learning.
We learned that people do care about memories, they just need a little reminder to bring those memories out.
We learned that frames are not just products; they’re symbols of love, joy, and identity.
We learned that people are ready to rediscover the beauty of framing, in their own unique way.
Looking Ahead
The IOI Mall Puchong pop-up was only the beginning. We’re already planning the next pop-up store, with new ideas and even better experiences.
Our dream is simple:
- To inspire people to cherish their memories.
- To build a brand that represents not just frames, but culture, design, and storytelling.
- To make “Frame It” the first thing people think of when they think of preserving their moments.
